Strategic Management // An Analysis of Amazon Inc.
A fifteen-week capstone project that allowed for the study of strategic planning in organizational settings for a publicly-traded company. The project culminated in a case study presentation that acted as a mock board meeting where our team presented findings to a panel of senior-level business professionals. The presentation was followed by a Q&A featuring the panel's questions. The case study presentation was designed to demonstrate to the mock board new forms of sustainable competitive advantage. The presentation was to offer up how Amazon, Inc. may leverage these newfound advantages and how to avoid stagnation and decline in their industry.
